I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were spacious and had a new TV along with a comfortable air conditioner. I enjoyed the large balcony, which was great for relaxing. However, I faced some issues with the service as they didn't seem too concerned about my problems and didn't offer to help. The hotel is in a nice location, being close to the beach and having beautiful ocean views, but the experience was slightly tarnished by my service interactions.
